Our classes offer a safe, nurturing environment where youth can build emotional resilience, develop self-awareness, and express themselves freely through movement, breath, creativity, and play. Designed for ages 3 to 12, these sessions empower children and teens with the tools of mindfulness to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, ease, and self-trust.
Each class is a joyful blend of connection, exploration, and inner growth—supporting the whole child, body and soul.
Class Formats
Group Classes – Weekly themed sessions organized by age group (3-5, 6–8, 9–12) focusing on emotional regulation, creative movement, and peer connection.
One-on-One Sessions – Personalized guidance for children who benefit from more focused support or have specific emotional or behavioral goals.
School & Community Programs – On-site or virtual classes tailored for classrooms, after-school programs, or camps.
