About Krista & Radiant Warrior Yoga
My name is Krista, and I have journeyed through the fascinating world of holistic health for over twenty years. My path has led me through the realms of nutrition, culinary nutrition, reiki, and reflexology.
With each practice i have depended my understanding of the body, mind, and spirit.
These experiences have shaped how I show up in the world and how I support others in reconnecting with their own inner wisdom. Through every modality, every lesson, and every season of life, I have learned that true healing begins when we slow down, listen deeply, and let the soul lead.
I am deeply devoted to supporting individuals on their journey of self-discovery and helping them reconnect with the strength, wisdom, and truth of their soul. Through gentle guidance, compassion, and
sacred space-holding, I strive to remind people of their innate worth, their power to heal, and their right to live in alignment with their most authentic selves.
Life has invited me many times to pause, soften, and trust my path. Theses moments of slowing down have transformed how I teach, how I create and how I hold space and have shown me that
presence, patience, and intention are some of the most powerful tools we have.
